After 19 years as a CPA, I longed to pursue a more soul-satisfying career. So I returned to school and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in ceramics and metalsmithing. In addition to the technical aspects of making art, I learned the theoretical side, including art history, composition, balance, color theory and line quality--concepts that I hope continue to inform my work.
I have always loved jewelry and am now blessed with the ability to design it as an art form. All of my pieces are handmade and I'm continually motivated by new ideas and technical challenges.
